The CTS is our newly developed product. It is a direct laser imaging device based on digital micro-mirror array (DMD) device. In the process of pattern formation, the image is converted into machine data by computer and transmitted to digital micro-mirror array (DMD), and then the image is directly projected on the photossensitive material to complete the exposure.

A CTS, or Computer-To Screen printing, brings innovation to the screen printing industry. Computer-To Screen printing improve workflow, reduce consumable costs, allows for substantially faster “on-press” set-up time, ensures perfect image to image registration, and improves print quality.
Computer-to screen printing Use a high-power with long life, low power consumption, high image resolution and a high-precision linear motor to directly expose the traditional screen surface with high precision. It provides customers with products with high resolution, high efficiency and low cost, and the image resolution reaches 2540DPI. The stable cooling system ensures the stable operation of the equipment, and the dynamic focusing system with independent intellectual property rights greatly reduces the requirements on the smoothness of the screen surface. The newly designed pneumatic fixture can fix the screen frame tightly and facilitate the replacement of various specifications of the screen frame. The maximum exposure of the screen frame is 2000*3100mm.
Because the use of solid state light source long life, high stability, can greatly save energy. This type of imaging eliminates the use of all intermediate processes necessary for contact exposure processes, such as films or masks. This not only shortens the production cycle, but also increases the yield rate and reduces the manufacturing cost.
It is capable of exposing all UV405nm dry sensitive materials and can be applied to a wide range of applications.
